Candy Cane Park is a neighborhood in Granite Falls, WA. This neighborhood has a community pool, park, and clubhouse that is open for the residents to use. This is country living yet you are still only about 10 minutes away from downtown Granite Falls. There is an HOA and there are dues that cover the cost of common area maintenance. Many homes in this neighborhood are manufactured homes. There are also ramblers, two-story homes, and cabins.
