If you have kids or pets, I know how challenging it can be to prepare for showings – I’m a mom myself! But the goal is to create a calm, distraction-free environment so buyers can take their time and feel comfortable. Whether that means heading out for a walk during showings or creating a quick tidy-up system, these efforts often pay off in stronger offers.
