Here is our list of the BEST Places to See Christmas Lights in Snohomish County!

Every December we look forward to seeing all of the amazing Christmas lights in Snohomish County. Tracie’s son has autism and this is something the whole family can enjoy! The beauty is you can enjoy from the comfort of your own car or get out and enjoy! This has been our tradition for many years and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Snohomish County has always been very festive during the Christmas Holiday season, there are so many neighborhoods and businesses that go all out with decorations and Christmas lights. There is everything from inflatable snowmen and snow globes to homemade nativity scenes to enjoy. Some houses even have lights that dance to music on a certain radio station.

Meagan, with the Diemert Properties Group, created a list of the best places to see Christmas lights in Snohomish County and some that are close to Snohomish County. Every single one of these locations is worth the visit! The best part is that all of these Christmas light displays are little to no cost to see! The Lights of Christmas in Warm Beach

What: Enjoy the largest holiday event in the great Pacific Northwest! At the lights of Christmas in Warm Beach, there are over 15 acres of Christmas lights and activities to enjoy. Over a MILLION lights!!! This is one of our personal favorite places to see Christmas lights every year! They sell food and drinks. Due to COVID, they are now a drive-through event which is just as fun in our opinion! Get your tickets here.

Where: 20800 Marine Drive Stanwood, WA 98292

When: All through the month of December. Thursday – Sunday 5-10pm

Cost: Depends on the day… Around $30 per car (not per person).

 

Marysville Community Lights

What: Marysville residents, organizations, and businesses are invited to take part in transforming Marysville into a magical wonderland. Check out all of the amazing lights on the map here then vote here for your favorites! Going on December 4th -31st available for touring from 5-9pm.

Where: All around the city of Marysville

When: 5:00 – 9:00 pm all through December

Cost: Free

 

 

Evergreen Church in Bothell

What: Enjoy a Christmas lights show, music, candy canes, hot cocoa & snow every 30 min all at the Evergreen Church in Bothell! They have over 100,000 dancing lights to music. This is a must see this Christmas season! There is an outside viewing area that is heated along with an inside area to sit down next to a rustic fireplace to warm up.

Where: 3429 240th St. SE Bothell, WA 98021

When: Every night in December through Christmas starting at 5 pm until 10 pm.

Cost: Free

 

Fir Grove, a neighborhood in Everett

What: It’s a whole neighborhood event! Many residents in the South Everett neighborhood Fir Grove put up a ton of great Christmas lights and decorations. They even have Santa passing out candy canes and taking donations for the Salvation Army! This is a fun place to take your friends and family on a little Christmas drive. It is a popular destination to see Christmas lights because they have been decorating for many years.

Where: 104th St SE and 21st Ave SE Everett, WA 98208 (Near Silver Lake Costco)

When: Every night in December

Cost: Free – Takes donations for the Salvation Army.

Marysville Christmas Lights

What: Marysville home with amazing Christmas lights syndicated with music that is broadcasted on 101.9. They accept food donations for the food bank. They have decorated their house for many years and is a tradition for many families to drive by and see the awesome show. They love to decorate and share it with the community. Now, most houses in the cul-de-sac also decorate for Christmas too! They were featured on King 5 News.

Where: 7513 72nd Dr. NE Marysville, WA 98270 to the right of Grove Street.

When: Every night in December

Cost: Free – accepts food donations for the local food bank.

 

Everett Wintertide Lights at the Evergreen Arboretum

What: Check out the Evergreen Arboretum for a lighted holiday wonderland that the whole family can enjoy! They also offer a couple of family fun events that you can see on their website.

Where: Evergreen Arboretum

When: All of December 4:00-8:00 PM

Cost: Free

 

Everett Holiday on the Bay

What: The Port of Everett has a “frozen fountain” tree with beautiful Christmas lights. There is also a community ice rink called Pacific Ice. It is outdoors and will run daily from December 3rd – January 31st. The Port of Everett website says “Guests will enjoy a truly unique experience of skating on real ice at a covered, open-air rink overlooking the Port of Everett Marina. Holiday lights, music, fire pits, and a handful of concessionaires will add to the whimsical atmosphere! Learn more and pre-purchase tickets at www.portofeverett.com/pacificice.”

Cost: Free to see lights.

Adult $15 + $1.50 Processing Fee

Child $12 + $1.50 Processing Fee

Arlington Hometown Holidays

What: Arlington WA is hosting so many fun Christmas events throughout December! It is guaranteed if you drive through Downtown Arlington you will see a beautiful Christmas display of lights and decorations! They also have a Carousel, Wagon Rides, Songs & Cider in the park, and more!

Where: Downtown Arlington

When: All of December

Cost: Free

 

Snowflake Lane

What: “The One Place Where Snow Falls Every Night!” Bellevue turns into a snowflake winter wonderland with snow falling from the sky, Christmas lights everywhere, Christmas characters dancing down the street to toy drummers every night at 7 pm! It truly is a magical experience for all ages. This happens right on the main strip in Bellevue so there are many restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory and Red Robbin that you can eat dinner at before the show starts. This is within walking distance to Bellevue Square mall so you can also do some Christmas shopping while you are there.

Where: Bellevue Way at NE 8th Street Bellevue, WA

When: Show starts every night at 7 pm. Starts November 26th and ends December 24th.

Mountlake Terrace Christmas Light Display

What: Mountlake Terrace home goes all out with Christmas lights!
